Dwyane Wade by Clayton Geoffreys (Book Review #121)

This review was kindly requested by Clayton Geoffreys

Dwyane Wade is one of the greatest shooting guards for the Miami Heat. This book reveals everything you would need to know about him growing up, schooling, his family, and career.

What is apparent is that this author has a fascinating passion towards studying and researching sports figures and writing their biographies. He has written a substantial amount of information about Dwyane Wade in this book.

The structural format of the book and the layout is very well put together. The information is easily understood, and there are very few parts where you would find hard to follow through. The literary standard of the work is very professional. I am not sure why, but I just wished that there were some photos included in the book. However, I believe the author may have had to deal with copyright issues, and that is why none existed.

I did feel very connected to Dwayne’s life in general. His injuries, things that set him back and all the hardship he went through as a kid and later on in his life were admirable. What does not kill you makes you stronger and here is a good example of how hard work and determination does actually conquer all.

I would recommend this book to his fans and people that like to read on sports figures.
