The Cheerful Prince: and other stories by Romario Ashley (Book Review #663)

The cheerful prince is a collection of short stories where the author demonstrates his skills in writing compact, interesting, short work or artistic delights. Every story is roughly ten pages long and is enough for the light reader to just whisk through before they decide to do something else.

The literature is to the point, precise and filled with fiction fantasy. The one-story that stood out was the cheerful prince. The story was compelling and filled with many sweet aspects of a novella such as love, adventure and let downs.

I believe that based on the strength and potential the author had, the collection would have benefited with three prolonged main storylines rather than the sixteen short stories that existed. However, what did exist was still nice and pleasant to read.

I would recommend this book to people who are not avid readers and enjoy short stories.
